In Alabama it is illegal to audiotape someone without their knowledge. Even if they are stealing from you. Go figure.

I do not feel sorry for thieves.

 

how long after the crime, did it take for them to get booked? did you get to talk to the Knee-gore afterwards? Does he blame you for his predicament? "It's your fault, flashing all that high dollar stuff in front of me".

In NC like 5 years ago, there was a court case like that. Here is the story, a Man is home on a thursday afternoon, with his sick 8 year old son. He hears a loud crash in his garage, and gets his pistol, and puts his son in his bedroom, locking the door. He calls 911, and announces he is home, and armed to leave. the intruder runs to the bedroom, and kicks the door in demanding money, Man shoots intruder killing him. Simple self defense right? WRONG. the thief's family takes him to court. It was a group, two guys. He says it was excessive force, and also pleads "he would show off all the nice stuff he had in out hood. He bought nice go carts, he would drive it in our hood. He bought a $2000 barbecue, and would cook letting the odor of barbecue waft in our hood, showing off, so we had a right to rob him".
This is a true story, the man was finally Acquitted, after the dead black guy's family tried to settle 3 times. Thats right, he is dead and his ghetto family is scavenging off of his corpse. and I love they plaintiff tired to settle.

You can't really see any of their facial features. How did you identify them?

 

It's clear as crystal on the system monitor. It loses quailty when I make a movie.

We got another one last week. I signed his warrant Thursday.

Maybe word will get out and they will leave me alone.

 

He told the Detective that he was doing me a favor by cleaning up all the scrap on my property.

I am going to sue him in civil court for the cost of replacing the sign and test tank that he stole. Actual replacement cost = $5000.00

I don't expect to ever get it, but at least the word will get out that I don't play.
