Eating after 6 is a myth, a busted myth at that. The body burns calories no matter what time they are consumed. If you are on a 1800 calorie diet and ate them all right before bed, you wouldnt gain weight because of it. I guess calling it a myth maybe a misnomer (I dont know ask the maj how to spell it). Basically I read through a journal that showed regardless of when items were consumed, the calories were more important than the time eaten. So dont eat 3 squares and then a bowl of frosted flakes before bed, that is the bad part.
Point noted. My last meal is fairly heavy and often as late as 9 or so. But the idea is to have an empty stomach when taking specified amino. You should try it Phat. The whole setup is a bit more complex really. But my goal is to reduce my blood cholesterol markedly without statin drugs. I need to schedule a checkup and get the full blood work, EKG all that shit. A little over year ago I freaked my Doc out with my super high cholesterol level. He gave me a scrip that I took for a week or so and quit.
I love meat. Read "The Omnivore's Dilemma" by Michael Pollan to get an idea of the kind that works best for you and the world. It's a top read.
