those things are pretty fucking disgusting, but I don't know anyone who can eat one of those on there own. they are pretty huge. Must of the stuff on that list is pretty disgusting. I was surprised at the steak, and the turkey burger though. I thought there was a law against labeling something "healthy" but its crazy bad for you

I've eaten number 4 (The Macaroni Grill Pasta) plenty of times all by myself. My girlfriend has too and she only weighs about 110 lbs soaking wet. I'm at about 230 consistently, no matter how much I abuse my system.

Pretty impressive, considering that it's about as many calories as she should eat in about 2 days.

I registered an account at http://www.FitDay.com and it's telling me I should eat about 4200 calories per day, according to my size and activity.

Not surprisingly though, so far about 30% of my daily caloric intake comes from alcohol.

If I quit drinking beer I'd lose about 3 lbs per week.

In a month I'd look like Schmed and nobody wants to see that.

Speaking of Schmed, where the hell is that guy?

Damn, how many times a day do you 'rub one out'? I didnt know that was considered exercise..... :)

For me to maintain my weight, I think I would be in around 3200 a day, to lose a lb or so a week I would have to get into the 1800 range. But Im hanging around 250 (being 6'4" has its advantages) I carry it well.....except for my large boobs are starting to hurt my back... :frown:

    How tall are you?

thats not really Schmed, I got a "postcard" recently. It was Schmed wearing a sombrero, duct tape over his mouth, tears running down his cheeks, and a donkey in the background. Looks like he was on vacation

the guideline amount here is about 2500-3000 calories for men I think, and some of those things do look nice.

calories dont really matter anyway, its your metabolism and how much exercise you do that make any difference.. if you eat shitloads and sit there of course youre going to be a fat fuck. I eat fatty foods and drink beer but still exercise and I've been losing weight (I was big to start with so thats good I hope)

Where are you getting how many calories you should have a day on that website? I calculated that a long time ago and had to do some never-ending math equation and it was a low number, so I limited myself to no more than 700/day. I only did that for like two days. I eat whatever I want and don't exercise much which is why my number was so low. I think it was 1,000 something to maintain. I really only need to lose about 8 pounds... I'm 5'7 and would like to weigh 130.

I think nutritional values are based on a 2,500/day diet.

Register for an account and put in your height/weight and activity levels. Then you can enter all the foods you eat in a day and any exercises you do and it will chart all that stuff for you. It's pretty cool.

I kinda made my own up as I went along, part slim fast meals (which actually taste quite nice) part 'bad' food that I enjoy occaisionally and as much exercise and some basic weight lifting I can fit in between.
