It's been bastardised so much that most of it doesn't make sense. Once they started using other ASCII and extended ASCII characters, it was nothing like what it once was, which was substituting letters with numbers. 33 is not always used in ph342 or ph33r, just like haX0r is now also written as |-|4X02 too.

It was actually a cute, little mini-dress with a cat on it and red and black stripey skirt, not a red sweater. Though i probably shouldn't be adding any more fuel to your feverish imaginings.
