I saw something on the Discovery Channel about those 'security camera ghosts' and they were able to re-create it by dangling a G.I. Joe doll in front of the camera. That giant bird one is just plain creepy though..

cool, that other one was corrupt for me. If you look at the shape, it does have the appearance of a body, notice when it is in certain positions the thick blue in the middle tapers up to a bump (the head) in 1 bit you can also make out the shape of legs moving, as it moves from the bottom towards the pump. but the strange thing is, it does do a sort of flying backflip and then end up floating at what looks like a hi-board diver caught in a midair spin, and it does travel very fast. ghost or alien, from its movement. OR a blue screen type special effects job, but that doesnt explain the rapid movement. if you cant see what I mean i'll take some shots and trace the body outline for you
watch the way the colour and shapes morph, i can deffinately see something, will posting some frames with a guideline of a person,and the proportions are quite correct for a 'blur'
Analysis watch the video with the idea that it is a free moving biped form (a humanoid shape that can fly), Ive drawn in what I can see as body movements here Ive based this on, direction of movement, body proportions and stances, and colour tone shift in the blue.
