I have a blinding migraine

    I havent decided who i am going to blame for it yet. I have puked twice and it feels like someone has kicked my head in it's balls. two zofrans, 8 Midrin, and 6mg diluadid, and it still hurts. Diluadid is thebest drug, EVAR

    Go lay/lie (?) down in a dark cool room with no sound. That's what I do.

    Migraines suck.

    Drink a big glass of water. Slowly. It will feel better.

    Take deep breaths, in through your nose and out through your mouth.

    Then, drink another big glass of water. Also slowly.

    Seriously, do that and tell me if, in 30 minutes, you don't feel better.

    Maybe stop taking all those drugs and see what happens. Once you feel better, go run around the block a couple times and see what that does.

    That always does the trick for me (sometimes it takes two - just depends on the severity)
