Not in big clumps and I don't have any bald spots... more like a lot of 'shedding'. I think it is Telogen Effluvium. It could be my thyroid. I had it checked last year but not this year. How often should you get that shit checked? Mine is in the lower normal range, so it is more apt to go hyper than hypo...
Yeah... I guess you could say that I am a little high strung. I don't know what it is. I just notice that I can run my hands through my hair and get sometimes 6 strands. I just did it now and it was 2. I am trying to count and see if it is over 100.
It can be a lot of different reasons, from stress to your diet..try looking online and see if your diet could be affecting it before thinking the worse.Changed your shampoo? Dyed your hair? Been using heating product more often?
I may be off a bit on this, but isnt it normal for the human head to lose over 100 hairs a day? There is only like 6 cachillion of them up there, well except for barry. Usually washing, blow drying, and combing will get most of the 'loose' ones out, but I dont think a couple here and there when you run your fingers through your hair would be considered major issue.
My diet sucks. I eat a good breakfast, but I eat shittily the rest of the day. I was told by an endrocrinologist that I was going to give myself diabetes later in life because I live on carbs. I change my shampoo everyday. I have like a zillion bottles in the shower. I like variety when it comes to soap, shampoo, deodorant and lotion. I was thinking that it might be related to the birth control pill. I was on one and went off and then the hair started falling out. I was on one with a high androgen level anyway and that can cause hair loss and I read that stopping the pill can lead to hair loss, so I am back on a different one that has a low androgen level. I hate the pill, but it's the only thing that regulates MC Menses.
