It started when I quit them, but damn. How long is this going to go on?

I am getting to the two week mark and it is really bad today.

Anyone know the estimated cost of an MRI? My insurance sucks so I will end up paying it.

MRIs are relaxing anyway. I kinda like them.

Does a strong cup of coffee and a few tylenol not have any effect at all?

Eww... I avoid caffeine like the plague, but I was in such pain the other night, that I popped an Excedrin migraine (and a beta-blocker to counter the ill-effects on my heart). Needless to say, I was up all night. Caffeine is evil, but the headache wasn't as bad. This stupid headache is weird and intermittent.

I sat outside the urgent medical express place yesterday but didn't go in. I may have to break down and go or call my DR tomorrow and ask for an antibiotic. I think it may be some sort of sinus infection.

Pain is a good thing Nursey. It lets us know that something is wrong. If you just stop the pain, it may mask an underlying problem. Acupunture may be great for pain, but it does little for a bacterial infection.

Rule out the sinus infection first Pukey. People die from those. Chronic infection can eat into your brain.

If everything checks out, and you still have pain, then acupunture may be a good idea. How it works matters little if it eases pain. At least as long as the needles are clean it is a safe practice.

(See how nicely me and the new fake Nursey play together? )

This headache is weird. Doesn't have all the classic symptoms of a sinus headache, but I do think I have sinus issues. I moved back to my bedroom after several nights in a different room because it wasn't doing anything, so I dunno. I guess I will have to go to the DR when I force myself. I just hate DRs.

I have pain in the front of my head, then one either side of my temple and down my jaw (thought about TMJ) and through my ear and down the base of my skull and then pain flows down to my shoulders. All the while, I have been experiencing this dizziness too. My vison sucks, so I don't know if the two are related. I need to get with the eye DR too. I go every year and every year I still can't see. I worked for my last eye DR and quit, so I would have to find a new one anyway.

BUT at least my acid reflux went away!

I would like to try acupuncture, but the hilljacks around here... I don't want them touching me.

I think that helmet you wear, the one they gave you at the institution, for riding on the short bus, may be too tight.

You know, I went to abandoned institution a few weeks back and the dizziness stopped and I hadn't felt that good in a while. I wanted my boyfriend to leave me on the steps... I felt like I was at "home".

    Here's a postcard:

Does bright light make it worse, do loud noises make it worse? Migraines can cause vision changes. A migraine that lasts along time is call status migrainosis. We admitted some lady and gave her the "DHE protocol" for status migainosis.
