Stop taking all that crap. Ativan is an anti-anxiety medication. They give it to old men before they go in for heart surgery. There's no reason a young person should be taking that stuff, unless she's totally bat-shit crazy. Next time you want to pop an Ativan so to quell an impending panic attack, go outside and run around the block three or four times. I guarantee that will be just as effective. Exercise and better nutrition, man. You are what you eat and all that. Stop eating crazy pills and you won't be crazy any more. Trust me.
And while you're at it, you should scour cattle ranches for these little 'organic umbrellas' that emerge from cow dung. Eat as many of those as you can find, indiscriminately, and if it's storming, wrap yourself in copper wire and run around waving a metal coat hanger in the air directly under the storm. You'll find that your previous problems will no longer be of any concern.
I figured that I would elicit a different type of response from you considering that you take the fucking shit!
Do you fucking work at GNC? I don't drink, smoke or consume caffeine. I don't eat meat and my blood work was normal last year except that my sodium level was low. Obviously, I am eating fine. And I have tried to physically exert myself when having a panic attack. Aside from blacking out... it doesn't work. I'm not crazy. I'm high-strung. I can't do anything about my heart pounding but take medicine. I take a 1/2 of a beta blocker and a klonopin each morning to slow my heart rate down, but I still had a panic attack the other day (hadn't slept well for days... seems to be a factor) so I took another beta blocker and a xanax. My doctor gave me shit Buspar and I called in for something else. The Ativan didn't feel like it did anything but I slept really well... probably better than I do when I take Ambien, so I guess it's not all bad. Just call me Collette Reardon. http://myspacetv.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=vids.individual&videoid=2466365
Hey Nauseous, I was thinking of writing a quick program for you. I think you'd use it. Its an IE client with an automatic page refresh timer , no more clicking or jabbing at F5
Yeah, most of the time. I guess I am an office manager. Some days I am busy, some days I am not. Today, I don't want to be busy, so I will do everything Tuesday and hate myself for it then.
Benzos all work about the same it's just some of them are shor acting and some are long acting. I gave someone 2 mg to bring them out of a seizure. They were completely "snowed" after that but it did stop the seizure.
