Thunderstorms

I hate them. I know I am going to be the ONLY one, but I fucking hate them. I don't mind the thunder or rain, but I hate lightning. It makes my skin crawl.

And I'm going to have to deal with them for 3 whole days.

I wish we had some rain it's 92 here and feels like 110

 

i LOVE summer storms. where the thunder shakes the whole house and the dogs howl. that's why we painted our bedroom dark, DARK purple, in fact. like rain cloud purple. that room is the best place to be in a storm like that. the bed is so comfortable - the best sleep ever.

we were PROMISED storms today. fuck heads lied to us.

 

I like it before a storm when it is dark and cloudy and windy, but I absolutely hate lightning.

I like warm overcast days and spring and fall. This summer and winter shit can go.

 

We just had a great big storm here in Central Kentucky. We now have a flash Flood watch. I like storms myself.

I also have a great fear of tornados.

I love a good storm. There not as good here in the Dallas burbs though.

The ideal storm would be one sitting on the front porch of a farmhouse with a wide open field all hot and muggy. Then the temp starts to drop and the wind starts gusting. And you sit there and talk and enjoy watching it roll right in. And the lightening ... shoot that's the best part. My favorite is the type that just jumps from cloud to cloud illuminating the layers of clouds you otherwise would not see.

South East Texas had good storms you could smell em comming.

 

Dwaine, you have misread this one. I actually know ImP pretty well. She is extremely accepting of people, non judgemental, and overall an advanced and compassionate soul. She occasionaly hangs out at a tattoo parlor, and would appreciate the artistic beauty as well as the functionality of your blown glass products. Occasionally, she goes crazy and shoots everyone in sight, but she feels bad about it later. The two of you have a lot in common. You should give her a second chance.
