I'm not conservative. Personally I think that they should infect prisoners with AIDS and use them as human guinea pigs. Furthermore, we should stop all animal testing and start doing human testing. problem with that is that you'll soon run out of prisoners.. and certain painful death is a good deterrent from crime.. but they'll still need human guinea pigs to save the fwuffy animals, so they'll lower the bar of criminality...

What do you mean by 'absolutely blameless'?

Like have I ever broken the law? Probably. But I'm talking about serious felons... hardened criminals who you cannot rehabilitate. There are tons of them in every prison. We wouldn't run out.
