I can't get this goddamn blue border off of things though. Does anyone else see a microscopic blue border around everything or did I have a stroke?
yup you should have an option for the border in the set up some where been so long since I did it thou.
Do you look like you have Bells Palsy? If not, you're probably okay. The blue is barely noticeable. That picture came out totally cool, btw. Looked b/w on Google Images.

It was just my (counter) bitchy way of outlining the point i was making in the other thread, which is that when i was being positive and helpful, it ended up amounting to nothing. You responded at first - the fugly colour scheme appeared for about half an hour, but then reverted back to the dull, default skin for over 6 months. And the place has ground to a near standstill in that time. It just seems a bit of a nerve to criticise me for lack of effort for that slightly cynical sounding post i did when i have been one of the most productive, enthusiastic members for over 6 years. But the horse has bolted as far as my positivity here goes. Hopefully it'll return now that you have suddenly decided to inject some effort into making it work. And my original post was not a list of your failings. It was just a reflection of how negative i've become about the place through no fault of my own.
From what I understand, there were very good reasons why they moved the forums and changed the color scheme. I'm sure they're sorry, and I don't think they want to go into details about the reasons but, from what I have heard, it had to be done. I'll bet that Jefe is sorrier than anyone that it caused so much damage. I'll bet that they appreciate and enjoy your presence here. I'll also bet that they're glad you've enjoyed using the forums for all that time. I'm sure that they hope you don't view it as a chore. I'll bet that if Martin were to respond to this, he'd say something like, "Please accept my sincerest apology for not working diligently to improve the forum section of this site over the past six months. Despite the complete lack of any kind of remuneration, and the with the liability that comes with providing a place where people see fit to post photos of venereal diseased genitals and feces-covered, naked women, I should have made it a priority. I promise I'll try to never again let you down. I'm sorry that your attitude toward this place has become negative. Like I said, I had good reasons why it changed and I really regret the decision. I'm dissapointed because its been forced, I thought I mentioned in the other thread it would be nice to have a choice but there isnt a theme selection in the user CP And Jefe, you still havent replied to me if you want those icons/art done or whatever it was you wanted, I see the board still has the blue theme images (with naff transparency too)
