Back in the '80's Birmingham had a hockey team. I went once, and actual saw a little bit of hockey between the fights. The Zambonie thing was the coolest part.

I used to have a great time at Mobile Mysticks games when Birmingham came to town. I don't like to watch hockey on TV but it's a good time live. I almost prefer football on TV (instant replays, instant beer, instant bathroom, instantly home after the game.)
