But it can't "maintain accuracy." If you go to a urinal, you are launching a swizle stick sized stream into a receptacle that's about 18" x 42". Still, you are bound to find piss stains on the floor. What does that say about penile accuracy?

I topped mine off last year and was planning on leaving them alone this year. I do not think it had hever been done and I know these things are tough as nails. Mine were maybe 15' tall I took about 5 feet off to 1. get them to bush out more. and 2. get rid of the damn leaves all over my side patio. My first time dealing with them though.

The trick is to shape the tree upward by clipping above the laregest fork from last years growth. Crepe Myrtles only bloom on new growth. People make the mistake of trying to limit their height by clipping at the same joint each year. I do not know what kind they are cause I did not plant them they are hardy and thick enough to give me shade and privacy on the side of the house from the neighbors second story windows. I'm not trimming as all this year cause last year it snowed little red and pinkish blooms all over the side patio to the point it became annoying. Who knows maybe I'll have less of that white mildew I had last late spring or early summer.
