    so michelle

if really you are a medical student

then you must finish medicine and after that

you enroll in psychiatry as specialty

you will find that clinical psychology and psychiatry are part and parcel of a.b. and medicine respectively

    these are sciences

    NOW

you can also enroll in PH.D. PROGRAMS of parapsychology or psi or psychic phenomena

then with this counterpart degrees or m.a.s
    you can take
    medico legal studies
    particularly

elective in law and law enforcement
specifically psychic detection of mysterious crimes

    as of now
just watch discovery channel and you will know what i am talking about

ucicare is taking medications on bipolar
    not me

it is really dellusional to had add
    or attention deficit like ucicare

but if you believe in angels, saint, apparitions, virgin mary, mohammad, allah buddah
    and satan
or dwarves and fairies as paranormals
this is not dellusion but religious beliefs protected by your constitution

our court just messed up my case for vengeance

    ==============

i am posting here all the written prophecies
since many interested forum members challenged me to post before
    so that after
the comming to pass of these will authenticate my sayings

ucicare or barry works in an institution that had caused his bipolar or psychiatric disease

and taking anti-depressants would not do good
    for these are harmful medicines
    they
    degenerate the system

I was diagnosed 15 years ago with AD/HD. I take Ritalin. It works well for me.

I have never been diagnosed or treated for bipolar disorder. That is just another part of your fantasy world Judge.

You, on the other hand, have ben examined by numerous professionals who have diagnosed you as mentally ill. The fact that you would accept the diagnosis and get help doesn't negate the fact that you are psychotic.

I hope you get the help you need someday.

    as i view you from my telePHOTO lenses from above, you're in your late 40's; so if you had been daignosed it was roughly 15 years ago or 1990's, with this psychiatric disorder;

as a right wing, christian counsellor who has worked in prisons and currently a young offenders insititution, you shoud take medications for ADHD / bi-polar disorder

A CURSORY PERUSAL of your posts here and in all these forums, IF THESE POSTS OF YOURS would be studied by a psychiatrist and clinical psychologist,
then, they would deeply examine you for diagnosis and study for bi-polar

    you have mood swings:

it is very obvious, you never read the entire 75 pages decision plus interrelated LINKS i showed you, and you just make MOOD SWING CONCLUSIONS on my case when you should rather consider
    guidance and counseling

MY COUSIN told me that in america there are many WEIRDOOS
and you are one of them
so you need not only medication but PSYCHIATRIC COUNSELING for bi-polar as well not only AD / HD

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bipolar_disorder

Bipolar Disorder, formerly known as manic-depression, is a diagnosis in psychiatry referring to mania (or hypomania or mixed states) alternating with clinical depression (or depressed or euthymic mood) over a significant period of time. Unlike highs and lows a normal person might experience, one with bipolar disorder experiences extreme mood swings that can last for minutes to months. Mood changes of this nature are associated with distress and disruption, and a relatively high risk of suicide. There have also been links to high functioning, notably regarding hypomania ('below mania') and creativity. More often than not, people with bipolar disorder are above average in creativity, perseverance, and sometimes intelligence

    Diagnosis

    [edit] Diagnostic criteria
Main article: Current diagnostic criteria for bipolar disorder
Flux is the fundamental nature of bipolar disorder. Both within and between individuals with the illness, energy, mood, thought, sleep, and activity are among the continually changing biological markers of the disorder. The diagnostic subtypes of bipolar disorder are thus static descriptions—snapshots, perhaps—of an illness in continual change. Individuals may stay in one subtype, or change into another, over the course of their illness. The DSM V, to be published in 2011, will likely include further and more accurate subtyping (Akiskal and Ghaemi, 2006).

There are currently four types of bipolar illness. The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders-IV-TR (DSM-IV-TR) details four categories of bipolar disorder, Bipolar I, Bipolar II, Cyclothymia, and Bipolar Disorder NOS (Not Otherwise Specified).

According to the DSM-IV-TR, a diagnosis of Bipolar I disorder requires one or more manic or mixed episodes. A depressive episode is not required for a diagnosis of BP I disorder, although the overwhelming majority of people with BP I suffer from them as well.

Bipolar II, the more common but by no means less severe type of the disorder, is usually characterized by one or more episodes of hypomania and one or more severe depressions. A diagnosis of bipolar II disorder requires only one hypomanic episode. This stipulation is used mainly to differentiate it from unipolar depression. Although a patient may be depressed, it is very important to find out from the patient or the patient's family or friends if hypomania has ever been present, using careful questioning. This, again, avoids the antidepressant problem. Recent screening tools such as the Hypomanic Check List Questionnaire (HCL-32) have been developed to assist the quite often difficult detection of Bipolar II disorders.

    I will tell you these:

What Is ADHD?Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a common childhood behavioral disorder, but it can be difficult to diagnose and even harder to understand ...
    http://www.kidshealth.org/parent/medical/learning/adhd.html

To understand more about AD/HD as a real disorder, visit sections on the Science of AD/HD and Myths and Misunderstandings.
    http://www.help4adhd.org/en/about/science

AD/HD "is a commonly seen neuropsychiatric syndrome that has been extensively studied over the past four decades . . . It should be noted that debate over AD/HD within the research and medical communities has been mild and mostly concerned with nuances in the diagnosis and treatment paradigms. By contrast, highly inflammatory public relations campaigns and pitched legal battles have been waged (particularly by groups such as the Church of Scientology) that seek to label the whole idea of AD/HD as an illness a "myth" . . . It is thus most important to separate legitimate concerns raised by scientific papers from abstract, distorted, or mendacious information from other sources."
The exact etiology of AD/HD is unknown, although neurotransmitter deficits, genetics, and perinatal complications have been implicated . . . The dopamine hypothesis has thus driven much of the recent research into the causes of AD/HD."

ADHD refers to a family of related chronic neurobiological disorders that interfere with an individual's capacity to regulate activity level (hyperactivity), inhibit behavior (impulsivity), and attend to tasks (inattention) in developmentally appropriate ways."

I'm an adult; doesn't AD/HD only affect children?
No. Although it is most often diagnosed in children, AD/HD is a lifespan disorder that affects individuals at all ages. Although there are limited data on the prevalence of AD/HD in adults, it is currently believed that the condition is found in 2-4% of the adult population.

The school says my child needs Ritalin; where do I get it?]

    Diagnosis

While there are no biological, physiological or genetic markers or independently valid tests that can reliably identify the disorder, the scientific consensus is that the diagnosis of ADHD can be made reliably using well-tested diagnostic interview methods.

Because everyone shows signs of these behaviors at one time or another, the guidelines for determining whether a person has AD/HD are very specific. In children and teenagers, the symptoms must be more frequent or severe than in other children the same age. In adults, the symptoms must affect the ability to function in daily life and persist from childhood. In addition, the behaviors must create significant difficulty in at least two areas of life, such as home, social settings, school, or work. Symptoms must be present for at least six months.

Determining if a child has AD/HD is a multifaceted process. Many biological and psychological problems can contribute to symptoms similar to those exhibited by children with AD/HD. For example, anxiety, depression and certain types of learning disabilities may cause similar symptoms.

There is no single test to diagnose AD/HD. Consequently, a comprehensive evaluation is necessary to establish a diagnosis, rule out other causes and determine the presence or absence of co-existing conditions. Such an evaluation should include a clinical assessment of the individual's academic, social and emotional functioning and developmental level. A careful history should be taken from the parents, teachers and when appropriate, the child. Checklists for rating AD/HD symptoms and ruling out other disabilities are often used by clinicians.

Regardless of who does the evaluation, the use of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual IV criteria is necessary. A medical exam by a physician is important and should include a thorough physical examination, including hearing and vision tests, to rule out other medical problems that may be causing symptoms similar to AD/HD. In rare cases, persons with AD/HD also may have a thyroid dysfunction. Only medical doctors can prescribe medication if it is needed. Diagnosing AD/HD in an adult requires an examination of childhood academic and behavioral history as well as reviewing current symptoms.

    Types of Medication

    http://www.help4adhd.org/en/treatment/medical

Pharmacological treatment with psychostimulants is the most widely used and studied treatment for AD/HD. According to the Surgeon General's Report on Mental Health, psychostimulants are highly effective for 75-90 percent of children with AD/HD. Common psychostimulant medications used in the treatment of AD/HD include methylphenidate, mixed salts of a single-entity amphetamine product and dextroamphetamine.

Atomoxetine, the only nonstimulant medication approved for the treatment of AD/HD, is a norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor. Antidepressants are also sometimes prescribed for the treatment of AD/HD.

    http://forums.abs-cbn.com/thread/2106232.aspx

he used psi to enrich himself - defrauding people

RANDI on the other hand, was witty

in DEBUNKING of licauco's psi and antics

by using the skeptical damn dictionary and tools
so they are palatable and consummable by the other side of the fence or market

    there are 2 markets
the psi audience who bought licauco's fake pics of dwarves and 12 best sellers

    http://www.angelfire.com/journal/licauco/home.htm

and RANDI who failed to attract the NIGHT CLUB audiences here in Manila with his magic
since he made his illusions in the wrong venue
he should have gone to the araneta coliseum here

so RANDI changed venue to your class a and b markets
    BINGGO
    hula la

So, i let them fought with micketoc as RANDI partner

    and i destroyed LICAUCO

    next I will destroy RANDI
    i promise
he has little life to live

    Randi runs away

In June 1999, a Mr Rico Kolodzey of Germany wrote to James Randi and challenged for the reputed $1 million prize. Mr Kolodzey is one of several thousand people who believe and claim that they can live on water alone, absorbing 'prana' or life energy from space around them.

Now this claim is, to say the least, extraordinary. It is perhaps even more extraordinary that an individual should offer to prove this claim by submitting himself to a controlled test.

The claim is one that most people would treat with great skepticism, and might well run a mile from. But James Randi is not most people -- he is the person who has publicly claimed that he has $1 million on offer to all comers who challenge him and are willing to submit to rigorous testing, as Mr Kolodzey has offered to do.

It should not be very difficult to arrange a test of Mr Kolodzey's claim. All that is needed is to lock him in a police cell, under CCTV observation, with only water to drink. If he experiences significant measurable weight loss, or asks for food, then his claim is false. If, on the other hand, he does somehow survive on water alone, then Randi is wrong, conventional science is wrong, and Mr Kolodzey has won $1 million.

It ought therefore to have been a very simple matter for Randi to offer to lock Mr Kolodzey up for a week or two. But that is not what Randi did. Instead he ignored Mr Kolodzey entirely. When Mr Kolodzey wrote again to Randi asking about his challenge, he received the following email from Randi (later confirmed with a hard copy):-

    Date: 6/18/99 12:03 PM

    Mr. Kolodzey:

Don't treat us like children. We only respond to responsible claims.

Are you actually claiming that you have not consumed any food products except water, since the end of 1998? If this is what you are saying, did you think for one moment that we would believe it?

If this is actually your claim, you're a liar and a fraud. We are not interested in pursuing this further, nor will we exchange correspondence with you on the matter.

    Signed, James Randi.
(A hard-copy of this letter will be sent by post to you, today.)

    James Randi Educational Foundation
    201 S.E. 12th Street (Davie Blvd.)
    Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316-1815

So, now we know exactly how much confidence can be placed in James Randi's "challenge" and exactly how Randi behaves when confronted by a real challenger, willing to submit to rigorous scientific testing of his claims.

    Randi runs away.

To see Randi's original letter click here.

The challenge to Mr. Randi and friends
    http://www.survivalafterdeath.org/articles/keen/randi.htm

I am not applying for Mr. Randi's $1 million but only for some evidence that his challenge is genuine. I give underneath my comments on the television programme a list of some of the classical cases of paranormality with most or all of which Mr. Randi will be familiar. I know he will be because he has been studying the subject for half a century, he tells us. And just as I would not pretend to authority and expertise in conjuring unless I could perform some party tricks to bedazzle a troop of intelligent ten year olds, or apply for an assistant professorship in physics while admitting I had never heard of Boyle's Law or the Second Law of Thermodynamics, nor seek admission to the bar without first having some familiarity with the leading cases, so I would not imply that Mr. Randi is ignorant of these cases, many of which have long awaited the advent of a critic who could discover flaws in the paranormality claims. For me to suggest this would imply the grossest hypocrisy on Mr. Randi's part. But to refresh his memory, and help him along, and despite the refusal of some of his colleagues like Professor Kurtz, Professor Hyman and Dr. Susan Blackmore to meet the challenge, I list the requisite references. They are based on (although not identical to) a list of twenty cases suggestive of survival prepared by Professor Archie Roy and published some years ago in the SPR's magazine, The Paranormal Review as an invitation or challenge to skeptics to demonstrate how any of these cases could be explained by "normal" i.e. non-paranormal, means. Thus far there have been no takers. It is now Mr. Randi's chance to vindicate his claims.

    James Randi in the hospital

    http://www.badastronomy.com/bablog/2006/02/06/james-randi-in-the-hospital/
I just learned that James Randi is in the hospital. He suffered a heart attack late last week, and had to have bypass surgery. His condition is serious but stable– doctors expect him to recover. He’s being sedated right now to aid in his recovery (he’s such a cranky guy that this is certainly for the best).

    James Randi's "$1 million challenge"
    http://www.alternativescience.com/james-randi.htm

Most people have heard of the challenge by James Randi offering $1 million to anyone who can demonstrate psychic powers.

On the face of it, Randi's challenge must be a good thing mustn't it? There's a million dollars just sitting there waiting to be picked up, and all anyone has to do to win it is perform under controlled conditions the kind of claim we read about every day in the newspapers -- spoon bending, mind-reading, remote viewing.

So doesn’t the mere fact that no-one has won Randi's challenge prove that such things are impossible? As usual in the murky world of "skepticism", things are not exactly what they appear to be.

Randi's $1M challenge was unveiled on 1st April 1996. You can read its terms in full at the website of the James Randi Educational Foundation (JREF) the organisation administering the challenge.*

A quick glance through the provisions seems to show an eminently reasonable and fair challenge. But now go back and look again a little more carefully, this time with the kind of critical eye that Randi brings to exposing cheats and frauds. What you find are some ambiguities that are likely to make any serious claimant uneasy to say the least.

The first such ambiguity is contained in the preamble where it says, "Since claims vary greatly in character and scope, specific rules must be formulated for each applicant."

THESE ARE PROOFS of RANDI's fraud
it is up for you to wake up
    do not be fooled to

    He can debunk psychic frauds
    for there are many

    i can do that too
i can expose other LICAUCOs tails abroad

but I AM NOW EXPOSING RANDI by EVIDENCE of the highest character in law and in the minds of man

You may not know this, but in May, our server got wiped out. All the data lost. We used to have around 8000 members, and millions of posts. Bibleman was a member than too. We've been around since 1999, and when the server got wiped out, all the history, posts, pictures, got erased. We're just getting back on track.

So no worries about Bibleman. He's harmless.
