Damn, so drunk last night that I just now noticed the dog... That's some funny fucking shit right there.

 

It's a huge tampon, and the dog has hold of the string and pulling it out. This explains a lot of things: the unsual angle of her leg, the lump in her slacks, the dog pulling and her face turned towards the dog.
