Vacations, country clubs, nice house, nice car, possibly kids in private schools, inflation? I really don't know as I have never pulled down anything over 11,000. So now I am looking at choosing an area of medicine. Money isn't the only thing but it does factor in. 100,000? 120,000 130,000 140,000 150,000 180,000 200,000 220,000 230,000 240,000 250,000 260,000 270,000 300,000?
Seriously? Depending on where you are planning on starting your drug empire it could be as low as 75K. In Georgia the cost of living is low enough that you can live quite well on 75. We have had some people move down from the Minneapolis/Philly/Jersey area and they are amazed how much house they can get for the money. Our CFO sold his house in Minnesota, modest 2k Sqft in a decent neighborhood for over 500k, down here he bought a house that was over 4500szft and put cash in his pocket. Of course if you live in CA like DIO 75 will get you a nice modular abode.
One of the top places to live in the U.S. http://www.relocate-america.com/states/tx/cities/carrollton.htm And in Carrollton they run City government like a business. And guess what? The reason it's sooooo nice ....Gods countr[/url]
You could live quite nicely in Singapore without internet access on around $1,000 a year. You could make that as a pimp during tourist season. That's one job even you would have a hard time fucking up.
I do quite well on less that $150,000 a year. It depends on where you live, I live like a damn King here in the South on wages that would not support me in California or New York. Barry
Alright. I'm thinking 250,000 is a nice number. I think I should get at least 100,000 dollars more than Dr. Phil.
It's all relative. The more you make the more you spend, the more you spend the more you need to make. Dan, dont worry malpractice insurance isnt too high.
