Usually the women with the big meaty vulvas (and labia major and labia minora) are the fat ones with polycystic ovarian disease. Which is caused by high levels of estrogen and androgens that come from converting fat making more estrogen which is converted to andorgens in their ovaries. The estrogens feed back and cause the release of leutinizing hormone which leads to even more androgen production which is why they are also hairy. So in a sense all the androgens they are making masculinize them and turn their pooners into more male like phallic type things. The girl in the video didn't look anything like that though. You would expect a tall thin girl to have a more feminine looking vagina.
