It's pretty tough to say whether that is genuine or not, but I am sure that asshole is going to be swishing with black suits and mirrored sunglasses if he's not dead or detained already. Whether you believe in the winning Lottery numbers, the book of Revelations, the Prophecies of Nostrodamus, or Flave-A-Flave, there are a million reasons why 911 might have been a joke.
