    Perverts. This is serious.

I am wanting to buy a few tools to do a remodeling/trim job. Does anyone have a suggestion for a Miter Saw, Cordless Drill, and a Finish nailer? I also want to buy a decent Framing Gun for another project. What about SenCo guns?

I like the Ridgid brand at the local Homedepot. It looks good, and has 3 year warrranty. Anyone with a suggestion/recommendation before I waste a bunch of money?

Also everyone does need a cordless drill, I would get a Dewalt or Milwaukee. I prefer Milwaukee myself thats only because of my father.

Well really you should do that, I mean unless you are going to be doing a large remodel it is pointless too have these tools laying around.

Shit my Dad has every tool knowen to man and never uses any of the shit. I plan having a nice tool sale when he dies.

Serious, who cares Barry's done flipped, killed his family and now he needs to fuck with the bodies. Just remember Barry--spray the place with oven cleaner, it makes dna impossible to trace.

yeah, but ammonia works better than sodium hydroxide. I've never had a problem with my ryobi tools. If you can get a hold of them. They're not too expensive either.

As long as they get the job done. Weren't you the one advising him to rent?

No shit rent, For a job like that. Knowing Barry he will only be using this stuff for this one job.

Then what does it matter if he buys cheap shit?

Because he does not need to buy anything! He should rent it. If he buys it he will use it for this job and it will just sit. Waste of money.

Then why would it matter what he rents? If he rents Ryobi or Rigid, either way it's not his, so it wouldn't matter if it's cheap shit.

Nah, I bought all of my ryobi's at home depot. Don't know how it works out where you live. I don't shop at Wal-mart. Nothing of interest there for me.

As usual, I didn't take Grims advice.

I went this morning and opened a charge account at Homedepot. I then maxed out the credit line on top end tools. I bought Ridgid and Hitachi.

To top it off, I took my wife's mini van and gutted it out and made a work wagon out of it.

    I might post pictures later.

Yes, indeed. I can see why you would think that I have stepped off the ledge.

I know it seems crazy, but building is my "therapy." I have a few rental houses and I do a "flip" house every now and then. I also just got a homebuilders license, and I am going to build a new house.

I can only listen to the problems of about twenty people a week. I then need to go build something or tear something up. Thus the reason for not renting.

I like Dewalt personally... Rigid is a off-shoot of black And Decker... its so they can sell their tools, in other places, the Black And Decker name is a trademark sold to UMMM sears? one of those places..

Now that I know the full background then yes buying your own tools is a good idea. I can imagine how listen too other peoples problems all week might drive you up the wall.
