I know you live in or around Mobile, but I was curious if you know anything about the Biloxi area? I had a friend who lived on Stennis Drive, I haven't talked to her in a couple years, but when I tried to call her the number was disconnected. I wasn't sure if you are familiar with the area or not and if perhaps there was any reports of major damage to that area in regards to Katrina. I know Biloxi took a big hit, but i'm not familiar enough with the area to know if she was in the most hit areas.
I went threw there right after it hit and it was bad in parts and others where not so badly hit. Mostly along the beach.
Biloxi took quite a hit, but as far as I can tell all services are resumed. The exception might be for houses within a mile of the beach. Those were really hammered. Check the number and be sure the area code is right. I think Biloxi changed area codes recently. I have to go to Biloxi Friday for a meeting.
