They are being pressured by the Christens in my state not to air the show. This is such BS. What happened to my freedom to choice what I want to watch. I did not care much for watching the show, I was going to give it a chance like I do anything but this is stepping out of bound on there part.
Book of daniel The series premier "Book of Daniel" was laughably bad. Worse than most new TV 'dramas'. The storyline is about the highly dysfunctional family of a prosperous smug Episcopalian priest, played by Aidan Quinn. He pops vicodin and a lame apparition of Jesus Christ hangs out with him and doesn't much help. His wife is an alcoholic, a daughter sells dope, one son is adopted chinese, the other is gay, granny is a bitch with Alzheimers, who doesn't recognize her husband who is an episcopal priest like his son Daniel. The geezer grandad priest is having and affair with the divorced Rector (Ellen Burstyn) of the parish. If you were deprived of seeing this moronic slimefest which attempted to outdo "American Beauty" for decadence, count yourself lucky. You missed nothing but 2 hours of unrealistic retarded crap. Do you have cable? Network TV is usually crappy.
Well Grim there you have it. If Fagaroni was accurate in his critic then its real simple probably just a simple business decision. I have a prediction that shock TV has kind of had its heyday allready. At first it had its novelty moments and vaguely interesting given the crap for other choice of entertainment. Now it’s old already been done and boring. It will be back again in five or so years from now, with new stunts to upstage the old ones.

??? Of course I watched it Grimejesus. Don't think I erred in any brief description of the characters. What did you see differently? Did the stills turning into stained glass windows impress you or something? Was the Book of Daniel awesome Masterpiece Theater to your mentality?
Re: ??? It was not the best show I have seen nor the worst. But with NBC showing stuff like Will & Grace I hardly found it as bad as everyone made it out to be. It was normal family crap. Also I will not rip you a new one here since fugly likes to keep things clean. He lets me do my thing other places so I will control myself in Cold Sober.
