and I feel really badly. I don't know if I killed it or not. It was a big black beetle looking thing that flew into my room and landed on the curtain. It was scary looking... looked like it had big pinchers. So I was able to climb up and get the curtain rod down and take it outside (just washed those fucking curtains too) and finally got the beetle off after pushing it with the curtain rod. It seemed a little aggressive with the rod but it started to take off and something inside me said kill it. If I let it live, it was going to hurt something, so I take my curtain rod and smash at it, hit it, flip it, smash at it, flip it off the porch (now I can't find it), so I don't know it's status and I don't even know if it was a bad bug. It just looked scary and mean... kept thinking it was an assassin bug of some sort. It almost looked like a stag beetle but not quite as theatening... maybe? I dunno. I feel like a piece of shit and had to tell someone. :frown:
I think you'll live. The bug was obviously an intruder on a mission - be it to crap on your curtains or wait until you fell asleep to crawl into your ear (or worse) - clearly, the bug was up to no good. Now, give him a proper aqua burial and go pet the dogs (whom would've killed it if you hadn't anyway...)
Awww! Don't worry. The Laws of cause and effect mean that the cruel injustice you inflicted upon an innocent creature that you are now fretting over WILL be EQUALIZED. "As you sow, so shall ye reap"...energy always returns to the source of its origination. Your fates are now interlinked, and whatever befell that poor thing as a result of your actions (cracked exoskeleton with internal body slowly oozing out? Didn't get a chance to say goodbye to the wife and larvae?) will reverberate all the way back to you and the precise point when THE VOICES instructed you to "KILL IT". A fitting karma might be for you to develop SPAS-MODIC DYS-PHON-I-A a VOICE problem.
