They are victims of a massive conspiracy theory brainwashed from the time they are born, Indoctrinated into this conspiracy theory by the Public school system and the media. And while there are some that are stupid like all peoples I have met some that are pretty brilliant. People sometimes have a warped sense of intelligence associated with status also. I can go fins an idiot savant a "rain-man" and make him a day trader in his computer in his mothers basement and the guy be as "successful" as Bill Gates in a matter of years. But would that make him smart? Different people are dumb in different way and smart in others. Its just that the American of Western European descent is just a wee bit smarter than the other populations that's all.
