All righty, not much note worthy in the last few weeks, but oh boy this one is a doozy. Ladies and gents, I present the biggest ho on the eastern sea board, I cut in line lady!

The premise: Me working at my drawer happily, day is about to come to a close, set face to giddy.

    The problem: Dumb bitch

The solution: She is really fucking dumb and none of her claims hold fucking water.

It happened on a friday, I was helping a senior and I told her to have a great show, easy. The next customer came up and I noticed a woman and her child decide to just start their own fucking line. They completely neglect the person who was waiting. When the customer goes away, the man takes a step forward before being cut off by the ho. I don't stand for this shit, I politely say "I'm sorry, but the gentleman behind you was here first. I will help you when I am through with him." This sends her up the fucking wall, she is so infuriated for me actually having the...'nerve' (That's what she said to the managers) to call her out on her own ass like manners. She storms off in a rage barely saying anything, she goes to yell about me to the managers, saying it's the worst service she has ever had, yeah what the hell right?

Luckily the customer behind her was pretty cool with it, I asked, "You were here first...right?" I knew for certain he was, and he said the fun comment back, "It doesn't matter, there is no way your ever making that woman happy." And laughed it up. A few seconds later, higher up comes to me and tells me what happened, I ask "Did she convienetly leave out the part where she cut in line?" and he of course says yes. I had video back up and the greeter was an eye witness.

This was followed by corporate getting an email, from her, with my name. They apparently were quite upset and we show them the footage of her cutting in line, they send her back the best email of all time as well.

"Dear *Can't say that whoops lol*
We are horribly sorry for the inconvenience that the employee had caused for you. We immediately pushed all our other complaints and suggestions to the side to help you first, seeing as it was clearly the most important. We are promptly giving the employee the punishment he so rightfully deserves for such a huge travesty. Please let this not hinder your movie going experiences for the future, have an excellent day."

Corporate pretty much gave us the rights to send back what we wanted and we came up with that. Did I mention that I love my job some times?

I would have sent her a copy of the video, then put the video of her cutting in line in the previews, with the red X popping up and a 'aaaannnn aaaannnnn aaannnnn' sound, or air raid siren.

Then a voice over, "This theater is not down with Cutters".

That's not fair that that bitch got a response and I am still waiting for a reply from the corporate office after being falsely detained in that shitty cheap shoe store. I sent a 4 page typed letter detailing everything and sent it certified mail. I called last week to follow up and all the bitch did was take my name and number and I still haven't heard shit.

I just want a fucking apology and for someone to hate crime the dykes in the store.

Hey bro... You seem to have fallen victim to the traditional upper management "don't bother me with this shit" syndrome.

Honestly, if I were in your position in any other period of my life, I would make that letter public in a local newspaper, bring light to both the situation and the person whom wrote that letter, and the company they represented. Play it off for what it is - some fucking ingrate crybaby getting what they want by bitching loud enough to have the people in charge not care enough to look into the ordeal, shower her with free movie passes, and do the most humiliating thing (which is to assure that bitch that you were reprimanded.)

Despite protocol for dealing with irate customers, as irreprehensible, and (to be quite honest) disrespectfully, as your employer seems to have handled this ordeal, I can't help but focus on the fact that the bitch was out of line.

Regardless, you are wiser as a result of this petty complaint.

You probably are now in possession of a bit of her personal information, as a direct result of this complaint (and if you aren't already - you can be.)

I've found that people whom have a natural, innate tendency to complain, suffer from a chronic syndrome that affects them no matter whom they come into contact with, or what establishment they do business at. I guarantee you, if you gave it a few weeks, the bitch would have had enough run-ins with other businesses that she wouldn't even know where her attack came from.

It's dangerous to fight a war on so many fronts.

This is why you should seek her out at the welfare line, then ignite a thermite bomb under her baby's stroller as she waits... Hopefully, you'll not only take out her, but also her kid, and even a few more freeloaders standing in line.

Then who has the last laugh, eh?

Nevermind that bitch coming back and complaining again, right?
