All right, so we had this kid work at the theater for about a year and a half, nice kid always follows the rules and is generally nice to customers. For safety reasons, we are just going to refer to him as Rambo. Rambo seemed to be having a good day this weekend, he was up selling, goofing around in some of his free time, the night was going smoothly. Then Rambo had a customer come up of a blackish color (More like caramel than anything) and placed an order, the customer was rather rude apparently, always telling him he forgot something when he never told him to get it in the first place, most likely to be humerous. Hard to explain, here's how it kind of was. "Here's your popcorn sir, your....drinks and that will be $10." "Oh my man, you forgot though, I also wanted butterfinger bites." "Allright...here you go that'll..." "You also forgot my nachos, can't forget those." All in all, he was just playing with him, real fuck tart thing to do. Then he stared at the price, shocked by how large it was regardless of how much he actually bought, (It was a shitload) and said to take back the drinks. He did, but not before the guy grabbed a straw and started to gulp that shit down before giving it back to him, in fact his kid did the exact same thing! This guy was the definition of ass hat. By this time, Rambo was getting quite upset with the guy playing him like that. So here he feels the order is almost over and gives him the total, the man simply slaps a twenty down (he still owes like 3.50) and walks off with the food with a shit eating grin. Then Rambo utters the one word that gets you fired faster than anything. "You still owe me money nigger." Pretty much the entire lobby fell silent to the words. The words fired ringing through all of the managers heads and likely the customers. The man threw a fit, calling him racist, and we couldn't defend him, not after that. He demanded free passes, and yeah, shit we had to or face hard charges against us. It was horrid, he made a huge scene, we fired Rambo on the god damned spot and it seemed like the real villain sort of won. Shitty day none the less.
I liked him too, and we would have charged him for everything if he didn't just slip out that one word. *Sigh* Can't win them all. I was at box office at the time, I'm just relaying the story through the employee next to him at the time.
I feel sorry for the guy, but know how he feels. I worked as a waitress for about a week... and as bartender for while... I HATED black people .. they never tip and always try to get shit free, and always complaining. I had one black couple come in when I was waiting tables... they were rude, and when they left... with a 40$ish tab ...he handed me a ONE dollar bill ...said "Enjoy your tip" I said "oh I will, but not as much as you enjoyed the dessert I prepared for you... watching you eat it was better then any tip" ... saying it all with an evil grin... even though I did not do anything to it... I am sure his imagination went wild. Lisa Lampanelli once said .. "If you ever buy a canoe ..paint it black, so it will never tip" funny...at that crappy little restaurant my biggest tippers were the day labor Mexicans. And you would know they were paying in cash so you could 'forget' to put things on the bill ..but still charge them.
You should at least give him a good recommendation if a future employer calls. If someone is a dick like that, they deserve to be called whatever name first comes to mind. No minimum wage paying job is worth being treated like that.
It wasn't but explaining to the BBB that our employee called someone a nigger is far harder than you imagine, and we all agreeded to give him a good reccomandation. We will try to steer clear of as to why he got fired too.
So find out where the guy lives and pay some thugs to beat the t total shit out of his kid and set his car on fire.
You should teach your employees to pick on Polacks and Jews instead. They're easier to stack into the nacho ovens.
this is America, land of the free, freedom of speech ... yeah the guy was stupid to say the N word. But the guy was acting like a cheap ass ghetto nigger. If I was being bitch to someone and they called me a fat bitch... I would just insult them back in better funnier way... and not ask for free shit. The fact that the chocolate man asked for free passes, just goes to show the kid's call was correct. Stupid but correct I am feeling racist today.
