I see your point. But I'am thinking of how anally detailed medical reports are(or are supposed to be). And the details I read state she saw two cuts on his chest. Not two holes in his shirt.....Just my input.

I'm not a genius but even I know not to remove the knife if someone has been stabbed. She took the knife out of his chest!

 

Im saying.....Thats one of the reasons I think he was murdered. Anyone with any common sense would know not to pull the knife out, but a guilty person with guilty little finger prints would do or say what they can to cover their ass.
