The new #1 is Oklahoma. This incredible Oklahoma team had a total of 25 yards rushing on 36 attempts against TCU. That Take Baylor and the points this week. Sooners are swelled in the head with their new underserved ranking, and are looking past Baylor to their date with Texas the next week. Odds makers will give Okie lots of negative points to overcome. Hard to do that we you can't run the ball. Texas is pretty good, but have to beat a few teams to prove it. We'll see.
Bama kicked hell out of us I will admit that. We came out as 'bout as flat as possible. I think the team had a serious case of the 'big heads'. Oh well, we got a week off then TN comes to town. I hope this was a wakeup call for the team. OU has a pretty easy BIG12 North Schedule, not playing Mizzou, but they do get both Kansas teams. If they face a good D they will be screwed, put some pressure on Bradford. Stafford has the arm, he threaded some throws that I was amazed by, of course I think he should throw 10 times a half to AJ Green, he and Duhram got pretty damn good hands. Very dependable. Use Mohamed (SP?) for the occasional shot down field, but oh well.....
Good chance that we get to do it again in Atlanta. I don't see how Alabama can beat everybody, but LSU and Auburn can't either. Would you mind talking to Richt and seeing with he has a game plan for Auburn and LSU? Beating both of those would make Bama's road to Atlanta a little more likely.
I wouldn't be surprised to see Vandy knock off Auburn this Saturday. They are 2-1 in conference play by the skin of their teeth.
I spoke to him and he said we are going to try a new strategy, not getting penalized for almost 200yds a game. See how that works out for us. If Aub loses to vandy that would be cool. then they would still be undefeated when we meet them, of course they would be ahead of us in the polls if they did.
