Is it just me, or do kids seem to be on the downward hill to failzone. They seem incredibly disrespectful and rude for the simple sake of shock value. My complex manager, who seems around 60, is going completely bonkers from the huge surplus of them. Are parents just dipshits now a days?
It's a downward spiral. Kids having kids. And that's just the start. Welcome to the world that our progeny will inherit. It's bleak, I know, but maybe some sort of hierarchy will either make these pitiful failures not reproduce, or even prevent these unfortunate atrocities from occurring in the first place.
You would be suprised at the lack of parenting some parents do. I coach little league and pop warner football, and I get tired of the kids a lot. I will actually kick them off the field. "Hey, you missed an assignement, cut a lap" "eeeeh cooooaaachhhhh,,IIIII whaa" "Get off my field, take that whining to your dad"
Perform the circumcision and vasectomy on the males at birth. As an adult, he can have it reversed if he's serious about breeding. That's how we'll do it when I'm king.

Vasectomy reversal is more instrusive than the original procedure. Said individual would have to want it done, probably need medical insurance, and a have a job to have the insurance. Having a jury decide his worth is probably too Facist.
