I ate BK for dinner. BK veggie w/cheese and some onion rings. I'll probably have oniony diarrhea tomorrow.
Buying veggies at burgerking, is like buying a porno mag at a whorehouse. Yeah you could do it, buy why the fuck would you want to?
Canned food lasts suprisingly long. Its a con that supermarkets want you to consume it within a given period. Some kinds of foods will still be edible many years after they are canned.
Breakfast - 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg scrambled, apple and melon Snack: yougurt and honey lunch: Grilled salmon, leftover brown rice with peppers and kidney beans Snack: fruit salad Dinner: vegtable medley (not sure what comes in it, tastes grrrrrrrreat) Snack: left over chicken legs that were in the fridge. I can't believe what you people here consider a diet.
It's not hard to eat like that at all, just takes a bit of effort. Diet is where 90% of preventable medical problems stem from.
For the last couple of years I was really conscious of my diet and tried to eat as healthily as possible. I was tired all the time and gained 15 lbs. A month ago I decided to fuck that shit and eat whatever I feel like whenever I feel like, and I've lost 5 lbs and have tons of energy. So far my new diet has consisted greatly of swiss chard, hard-boiled eggs, sausages, and ice cream, consumed in varying quantities at irregular intervals. So far today I've had: Breakfast: Tea, tuna fish sandwich with cheese on whole grain bread Lunch: Tea, polenta with marinara sauce and cheese Snack: half a nectarine Supper: A sausage, pasta with mushroom sauce, 3 bottles of Nut Brown Ale
Breakfast: Fruit salad, muesli with milk, green tea Morning tea: Orange juice, apple Lunch: 6" Subway Veggie Delight sandwich with mayonnaise (all salads except jalapeƱos and onions), 600ml (20 oz.) bottle of Mizone lemon flavoured water. Afternoon tea: 6 carrot sticks, cream cheese and a Coca-Cola Zero. Dinner: Will probably have a Greek salad and a Stella.
Breakfast: a couple of basil and sun dried tomato sausages. Lunch: Thai green curry Snack: 2 Fiddler's Green blonde ales.
I'm from Portland, it's mandatory. If I didn't drink ale they'd take me to the Idaho border and dump me. I'll look for Hobgoblin next time I'm at the store, thanks for the recommendation!
Well done, Sir! With that clintonesque answer you have yearned yourself the Golden Peanut of Merit with Ribbon!
