Guess team feel good wins afterall. Accept certain (if not all) members of that team act like complete dicks when it suits them. I guess team feel good are really a bunch of assholes who like to say, "You only make fun of people because it makes you feel better about yourself" and team feel bad says, "Making fun of people makes me feel better about myself" The point is team feel bad is honest and real. Team feel good is a fucking facade for fakers and fuckers and other "f" words that I can't think of right now.
It reminds me of a group of people i started getting to know a few years ago. They had a free club called 'Bushbaby' which they put on once a month that was invite only. The club flyers said something like 'hey funky people' and 'Only the NICE people allowed.' Which did make my skin crawl a little. But i suspended my judgement and continued to socialise with them. Afterall, they did all seem so very nice and friendly! Caring, sharing and lovely. But as i got to know them, i started getting hints that not all was quite as it appeared on the surface. I realised that rather than being accepted for who i was, i was being sized up as to what role or position (in more ways than one, i fear) i could be squeezed into to further their mutually using, parasitic cliqué which as it turned out was so closely knit they were all interconnected with each other's bodily crevices. And as friendly as they were to your face, they were equally as deceitful, all nastily bitching behind each others' backs, as i was soon to discover. Much worse than any other clique i've ever become involved with. Once it dawned on me what the 'NICE PEOPLE' were really like, i backpeddled out of there as fast as my legs could take me. I do not go around defacing pictures generally because I do not feel like the time and effort is worth it. But in Grims defense why does death suddenly draw a line that should not be crossed. He has no idea his pic is being defaced he is no longer here. You guys need to get in tune with reality. This site likes to make fun of pics of live people that’s where the damage is done. What is some poor young adult were on the verge of killing themselves in a deep depression already felt they were pathetically ugly. Then saw their picture on Fugly? It's likely that Fugly forums has resulted in someone’s death but that’s completely ok though. Pathetic. I would deface the dead mans pic myself just for effect and to make my point. Cause I'm not the sheeple. But its not worth the time and effort.
I can't see your picture. The "nice people" allowed would have been my first red flag. It's people who claim to be nice who really aren't. You don't need to declare how nice you are to people. If you are genuinely nice, they will see it. "Club" was a nice way of saying "cult".
I didn't see the picture, but psychobob seemed like a nice guy and Nursey and Disorder actually knew him, so I can see their point. Oh, please don't go saying that Fugly Forums resulted in someone death. It's already turning into some sort of step 9 reform school in here these days...
Well you know people change when they get older. I came to the main site all the time and never bothered with the forums. Then I started doing message boards and found myself being muffled because of my thoughts & beliefs and I didn't like it. Then I just started being a raging asshole most places to get banned. So I signed up her figuring I would be banned with in a week......Yet I'm still here and allowed to say what I want. So everyone is happy in the end.
Not sure, but I guess its too late now. I'm fed up with conflict so I will choose to be ignorant and it will save a lot of headache. Blah.
True and I'm still here I understand what it is all about. My only thing is that with all do respect I see the whole idea that "Dead man picture manipulating is out of bounds" idea as somewhat ludicrous and playing on public perceptions of political correctness. On the other hand I had a friend that I recently hear about passed away in 2005 if I saw someone making fun of him in a forum with a pic I may come unglued. So I would withhold judgment except if I remember correctly it was just a cheese wedge over the head of said dead man. nothing particularly devious.
Except, the time a thread was started to have you banned, and everyone (including Fugly) wanted you to 'fuck off' (i think was the term used), i was the only person who, despite knowing you are a complete moronic asshole, spoke in your defence. However, i think your primitive, 'dog-eat-dog' mentality interpreted this as weakness, which you then foolishly went ahead and attempted to exploit in order to scrabble your way further up the pile.
You know why I fuck with you? Because you're the only person in 15 years of being on the Internet that can keep up and get ahead of me. I'm not as foolish as you may think. I'm very calculating.
