Someone on death row is usually guilty of commiting at least one violent crime, why should their death be like going to sleep? They should pave them waist deep in the highway and hit them with a mac truck. They didnt think about what their victim was going through when they killed/maimed/raped them did they? Why should we show compassion for someone who didnt have compassion for someone else?

personally, I'd rather take the tree and the rope, you hear the snap of your neck, then thats it. I mean, what if you are mentally cconscious during lethal injection, and lay there for five minutes suffocating? give me the rope. Anyway back to the topic at hand, Barrry, when can I buy tickets to the upcoming show of "Oklahoma?" I'll get some box seats for my mother, she loves the theater.

 

The rope would be okay, as long as the rope and drop are long enough, just a couple of inches too short and you sit there flailing around like a caught fish. Too much drop and your head pops off. Probaly neat to see, but Im not sure I want to go out like that.

I'm not conservative. Personally I think that they should infect prisoners with AIDS and use them as human guinea pigs. Furthermore, we should stop all animal testing and start doing human testing. I would rather see a criminal pumped full of Crest until their stomach explodes, or have them pour different chemicals in their eyes and see if it causes them to go blind. They are far more deserving of the pain and the tests would be accurate. Rapists and other violent types should have their spinal cords severed. And the only meat the prisoners should be allowed to eat is the flesh of the death row inmates.

The Nazis had a good idea, they were just using it on the wrong people.
