*WARNING ... SPOILERS* Ok. I saw this tonight with my boy. It was pretty good, some of the FX were really neat. I think they could have added a lot of more characters. Some of the fight scenes were a little too close, and it moved so fast you really couldnt keep up with the action. It was like a blur, maybe I was just too close....or I am too old. It didnt get a lot of cheers at the end and the 715 showing I went to was full. I would have liked to have seen it in IMAX. I liked it. Glad I saw it in theatres. Jazz dying was kind of weak, plus they never showed StarScream getting caught, or destroyed, so that is left kind of open too. Then at the end OP is standing there while numbnutz is making out with the hot chick on the hood of 'bumblebee'. The chick was hot, like ridiculous hot. And sweaty in a couple of scenes..... I give it 4 out of 5. Worth the bucks. Dont sit close.....
Sorry about the schmedrick. One cool thing to see is the air freshner hanging in the 70s camaro version of bumble bee. It says, Bee Otch and has a picture of a bee. I thought it was hilarious, I will have to find one of those for my jAnk.
So there I was on gizmodo.com and speak of the devil there is ....er ... Optimus AKA Phatboy http://gizmodo.com/gadgets/transfor...challenges-megatron-to-epic-battle-275922.php
This movie kicked some major ass in a unexpected way. I was pleasently suprised. It was really nice to hear Peter Cullen as Prime again.
Fo' Shizzle I am actually trying to find a I-Max near me, I hope Columbia SC has one, I want to go see it again, so does my boy, I would just like to see it on the biggest screen possible. ****SPOILER***** When OP and Bonecrusher were fighting it was pretty cool, when Prime popped his head off, that was some really cool stuff.....but I think that since you never saw anything happen with StarScream, there will be another one.
I finally saw this on a DLP screen. I was never into the toys, comic books, cartoon, etc, so I didn't have any real back story but technically it had killer FX. And Megan Fox is the bomb as is the Aussie chick Rachael Taylor (Maggie). Worth a look before it leaves the big screen.
