Disable them severely like for instance chop off all their limbs so they have to pay someone a lot of money to feed them and wipe their asses. That way we get to put the money back into the economy and make an example out of skater punks at the same time. ….. Trial lawyers I think making an example of them also might be in order.
Thats what happens when cops get bored if their is too little crime in their districts. They have to start making up crimes to keep themselves entertained. Most of them just get into law enforcement so they can kick a little ass and ride around fast with the flashing lights.

I think that holds true most anywhere. Typically, and this is the rule, and not the exception, most people that aspire to be policemen are the same ones that struggled throughout their childhoods, either being picked on constantly and this is their chance to assert their manhood and dignity if only to themselves, and those that have always been the wannabe 'alpha males' - the typical school 'bullies' whom find that once they get out of public school, they can't pick fights without having to answer to the legal system. Unless, of course, they find a woman to abuse and satiate their instinct to dominate. Or they have kids and do the same. And yes, I know that women can be cops, too - and if you ever get one that has that same level of testosterone (or is PMS'ing), you're in for a lovely treat, but by and large, the majority of the 'problem cops' are male. At least in my opinion. Not to say that there aren't any cool cops out there, but the ones that you hear about the most are these negative types, and most likely fit into this genre.
I agree with you on this one. This guy from what I was told by friends who said we went to school with him. He was a motor head and didn't really talk to anyone. Probably the reason I didn't know he went to the same school as me.

I'd like to point out that while this did happen about 30 miles from where I live, this chick was from FLORIDA and just visiting. Not everybody here is an alcoholic. Probably.
