How do they get away with that? If somebody crashed into my house without permission, and refused to leave after I ordered them out, I would have to think I would have an excellent lawsuit for breaking and entering, invasion of privacy, criminal trespass, and on and on.

That is the main reason that I think a huge amount of this type stuff is staged. If you were a camera crew, would you really bust in on somebody that had no idea that you were coming? That is the best way I know to die from a shotgun blast, especially if it happened in the South. No jury here would convict you for anything either. Around here, shooting an intruder is expected, not condemned.

Yeah I have to wonder. And that guy shoved the dude that lives there. Personally I thought he handled it pretty calm after being pushed by some intruder in his own house.

Another reason I think it was faked is the first few shots by my self since I did not have a real gun would be equipment shots to ruin their camera equipment would be awesome. Then if one of his strong guys came at me jab the gun barrel in his eye socket and let her rip.

I don't think he actually hit anyone.

I'm all for slamming tyhe cheaters but when a man says "get the fuck out of my house" you listen. I'm amazed at the way that media guy seemed to feel it was his right to be there.

That would be the signed contract and cashed check talking.
