Zune

Anyone have one/seen one? Are they worth it?

It's supposed to be 80 bucks at Toys R Us Friday.

That's what I thought. I was going to buy it for a gift but I personally think looking at three inch pictures and videos isn't a cool feature.

 

if it's a gift, Bestbuy, and comp usa have 4 Gb Mp3 players for $19

 

I've heard that zunes are more reliable than ipods. But really, I'm no expert since I don't an MP3

 

they are, espically when you get one for free, but it dosent have the cool features of an Ipod, but Ipods break like mad, and you have to use that shitty Itues

 

You don't *have* to use itunes, but Apple makes it a pain in the ass for you to use anything but. This is why I don't care for ipods. I guess I can't talk, I've got one 10 gig (gen 1) model, four nanos, and as of today, a gen 2 shuffle.

They've redesigned the Zune, too (don't know if it's out yet or not), but the new one has a bigger HDD, and a larger screen...

 

all i see are the 4gb Zune2's. O saw the tiny 2 inch square ipoo nanos

 

Another thing I don't like about the ipods... The gen 3 ipods are fucking huge (compared to the slim, stick in your fifth pocket predecessors) As far as the redesigned Zune, they should hit the market soon (probably after they clear some old stock out on Black Friday).

 

Is this a 'black friday' only deal or is this all the time? I got a pretty decent one from the wal mart, but it uses SD.

 

I don't have a BestBuy (Circuit City only). The money I would spend in gas driving to one would equal the price of the Zune.

So what good 360 games are coming out before X-mas?

 

Do you have the 'internet'? BestBuy.com is always open.

Well, they already have a little mp3 player anyway, so a 360 game would be good also.

Do you have it? It looks awesome but I don't know how the game play is.

 

Whats the age range? I have a strict policy about not letting my kids play/own games where violence is the main course. When they get older sure, but not at 7 and 11. They can play Hot Shots golf and Michael Vicks Dog Obedience trainer, but nope, no Gears of War for them.....

I have to pick my copy up, it got a 9.75 on game informer, everyone tells me its amazing
