Those are lyrics to a Crass song, Crass was a band back in the late 70's early 80's. THe song is entitled "Big A Little A".

 

and they were boring middle-class treehugging,veggie,ban the bomb hippy farts posing as punks in their all black combats and strangely fascistic looking symbols, solely to blame for the cider swilling, dreadlocked scroungers with dogs on string who pollute our towns and cities and who believe the world owes them a living, a good dose of zyklon B would sort the fuckers out!

Regardless of your views on the band, its these particular lyrics I was focusing on, not peoples opinions of this particular band.
