so what are you guys going to give your woman this year?

are girls supposed to give a guy something? I dont think I ever did... my first husbands birthday is on Valentines so I would give something- but as a Bday gift. Never got the Arab anything, but then again, he never understands any of our stupid holidays.

I have a first date tomorrow... well 2 actually ..the "meet for coffee" type dates. I wonder if I will get something?

I always wondered who in the hell bought those nasty chocolates in ugly red heart boxes. I was at Walmart and Wallgreens last night... there are just so many, someone buys them. I did one time, after V-Day because it was on sale... only like one or two good pieces in it. It sucked. Roses and cut flowers are so cliche and dont last, If you want to give a girl flowers,,, go to Home Depot or Lows and get something to plant in the yard, or a plant.

I still have a jade plant a guy gave me like 13 years ago...It is huge, and I have made several baby plants from it and given them as gifts. I am not into jewelry at all - it ends up lost in a few weeks, so that jade plant is my favorite Valentine gift I ever got.

I have requested for "the man" to take me to Friday the 13th because I have an obsession with Jason, thats all I want

The weekend after this though we are going to the casino to spend the night there is some Jeff Dunham wannabe on and I wanna try my hand at gambling.

I got my wife 3 purple tulips (favorite color and flower), I figure one from me and one from both of my sons. This year I am grilling Salmon and some veggies for dinner, hot fudge brownie sundaes for dessert and who knows after that....

Last year I took off work, because V day was on a thursday and I work from 3pm to 2am, as a suprise and made dinner. Veal piccata, ceasar salad, and garlic french bread. Then for dessert Molten Chocolate cakes.

I bought the whole family a Wii fit for V day, figured it is a gift that can hopefully help the family stay fit.

That pic reminds me of the fat family that lived near us when I was little. My sister would babysit for them. I would come along... and Loved it because they had like every kind of cookie, candy, chips, junk food ever made. My sister and I would eat like hogs while we were there and be so full on the walk home. My family never had much junk... I mean we had some, but not like the fat family. Then later when we would go to the grocery store with my mom... we would complain "why cant we get this and that ... the Hanney's always have those" my mom would say... yeah and they are all fat and ugly. My dad said he almost threw up when they came over to swim at our house....they were all huge. The wife was 400+ the husband 500+ and the 2 kids were 6 & 7 and both were about 180-200. They had a dog that was so fat it could barely walk. sad...
