    Gunstar Heroes - Genesis (Treasure)
    Battletoads - Arcade (Rare)
    Qix - Arcade/Gameboy/Genesis (Taito)
Ikaruga - Dreamcast/GC (Don't know who made it)
River City Ransom - NES (Technos)
    Kirby's Adventure - NES (Nintendo/Hal)
    Tetris - Arcade/Original NES version (Atari/Tengen)

Just off the top of my head.

    Oh yeah, and of course,

Castlevania - Nocturne in the Moonlight

(Japanese Sega Saturn version of the PSX game 'Symphony of the Night')

Framerate is slightly worse than the PSX version (which is odd, as the Saturn was supposed to do better than the PSX on 2-D games, and vice-versa), but you had the ability to play as Alucard, Richter, or Maria right off the bat.

And, it had a built-in sound test on the title screen. You could still test sounds in the US version, but you'd have to visit the librarian and bullshit with him for a while to get to a menu that would play the songs from the places you'd already been.

Wow, haven't played that game in nearly a decade and I still remember all that shit. The true sign of a damn fine game.

I loved that Simpsons arcade game. Marge was lethal with that vacuum.

I'm old school, I can dig it. Did you play through Metroid Zero Mission? The remake of the orginal Metroid? In fact, I'll throw that on the list.

    EVERYONE play Metroid Zero Mission.

You are compelled. Go forth. Secure games!

My Sony Ericsson mobile (cellphone to you Americans) has an annoyingly addictive puzzle game on it called "Path".

I play it on the train all the time.

Hmmm, that's something to think about... I would like a thread at the top of the list that gives the newcomer info. As soon as I sober up (at present rate, 43.8 days), I'm on it!
