    This one is pretty good.
Republicans voted "nay" on the stimulus package. The whole Texas delegation refused to vote for the bill to pass and said that they didn't want a dime of that "socialist money".

Now who comes begging for that money? Texas congressmen and senators.
They are now asking for $3 billion from the stimulus package specifically. Money looks good now doesn't it?
Policies and ideology tend to be burried under the weight of greed.

    Here is the video...

The politician's work for us they better get their ass out there and recoup some of what was stolen. Over the next years the Conservatives will pay for 85% of the stimulus.

The Texas republicans said on record that they were too good for that money but that didn't stop them from asking for it. Now they beg hat-in-hand to have some of it. Money outweighs policies and whatever principles they claim to have. How can you spit in someone's face just to turn around and beg for a favor? They hate liberals but will take any handout.

I say fuck 'em. They didn't want it in the first place because it was "socialist money". So don't give them any. See how the voters like that.

Coming from a guy who believes that the fresh Prince is liberal propaganda.

How do you get that it's conservative money? It's taxpayers money and half of the country is liberal. Conservatives could have had a say in how it's spent if they wouldn't have voted nay and refused to collaborate on the bill. Conservatives are the ones to blame for they're own refusal to collaborate.

Rightfully so, the conservatives voted no therefore they get none. Dumbass.

Well since "Texas Republicans" said this for the record please show me the quote.

    Either you have a quote.

    or

    Your and idiot.

    or

    Your a liar.

Which of the three is it?

And don't act more stupid than you really are like as if you don't know what I'm talking about.

You cock sucking piece of shit 85% of the Stimulus is paid for by Republicans you don't take a hand out for your own money. Keep it up and see what happens when the silent majority gets sick and tired of being sick and tired of liberal bullshit.

Yeah we will see won't we?

The "silent majority" elected Obama over McCain. To me it sounds more like they are sick and tired of conservative bullshit.

The letter requesting the funds was signed, drafted, and circulated by GOP Rep. Pete Olson. From the letter:

"Therefore, to ensure the U.S. maintains its leadership in human space exploration, we respectfully ask that you include in your promised amended budget request for NASA’s Exploration Systems a request to Congress to reallocate the necessary funds for NASA from the funds that we anticipate will remain available from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). As of last month, less than 15 percent of ARRA funds had been expended.

Since the stated purpose of the stimulus package was to secure good jobs and stabilize our economy, there is no better investment that could be made than the addition of up to $3 billion to NASA in FY2010, and the projection of at least that level of increase, as recommended by your Committee, at a 2.4% rate of inflation in the out-year projections included in the initial FY2010 Request."

They want that money for NASA? The country is neck-deep in debt, they voted no on the stimulus package, and now they want the money to fly shit in space?

    Here are the actual votes:

Let's see, this 'show' looks like a fine piece of journalism first off.

Second, if you listened to it, they said for NASA, a government agency. Not for IMG, General Motors, Chrysler, or any other 'privately' owned corporation.

    A government agency.

Thats how idiotic your argument is, yea, Obama planned plenty of greenbacks to help take over crap in the private sector, but alas, he forgot the government agencies that could really use the money (National Infrastructure maybe?).

Of course you know more about it than anyone here, I mean you have the internet and all.

The first thing you learn in business is to never increase prices, but rather slash costs. Do you really need a space program that bad? Using satellites to detect weather and potential threats is fine but who gives a shit about having an ant farm in space or a tomato plant. I just find it weird that they would vote no and then ask for $3 billion for NASA. Not for job incentives or job creation, no, NASA. This in no way benefits middle-class workers. Who here is a rocket scientist? Raise your hand. No one?

So we have a family of five.

Mom , Dad , the Oldest, Middle, Youngest.

An idea is considered: Hey they are offering 200% loans on property the farm isn't making any money. Lets mortgage the farm for 2 million using this special loan that works like this. Those who make the most money and live the longest will pay off the loan. Than we will live like kings and be the most popular family on the planet .... kinda like the Kardashians.

They take it to a vote.

    Mom and the youngest say:

    "Hey this is bullshit!"

"The middle, and oldest are lazy as hell they will never pay back their share."

"Dad will just drink himself to an early grave" "It will just end up with the two of us burdened with ~ 850,000.00 each."

    They vote.

Later the Mom and youngest notice that the three panty wastes other members of the family are just spending the money on themselves. so they ask what the hell is up with this bullshit. Now they have to repay a loan and get near zero benefit from it.

Dad and the two losers (who voted themselves winners) reply and say " Look screw you two now you get none of this money cause you voted against it in the first place so don't come begging to me alright!"

Stupid Canadians who hate productive people laugh in amazement at the audacity of someone wanting what is theirs in the first place.

This truly is becoming an Idiocracy we live in.

Tell me, if Canadians are stupid and hate productive people. How come our country is doing well? How come our dollar is soaring so high that the governor of the bank of Canada has to print more money to bring it back down? (Canada is an exporting country, having a high dollar is undesirable)

Your example is flawed, read it over again.
