I'm barely getting sore after working out. My muscles get fatigued and feel like jello afterward and sometimes I struggle to finish a rep, but the next day, I'm hardly sore. I still wait a day in between but I wonder what the deal is? Should I push myself harder or do it everyday?
Sore muscles are the result of lactic acid burning in your muscles. If you are working out alot.... your body is used to burning alternate energy sources and not relying on the lactic acid so much. Normal darlin'.
i go to the gym every day after work and 4:00 a.m. on the weekends and im only sore on the weekends. thats normal right
Unless they are down at the "late night gym" doing deep butt stretches with their "personal trainer".
Pukey, to know for sure, send me some of your sweaty undergarments following a workout. I can better analyze your condition, then.
I don't get sweaty. I'd quit if I got sweaty. I don't do cardio. I bowflex. You don't get too sweaty doing that. I think I need to go harder at it, heavier resistance, more sets. I'm wanting to look fit but not scary. After I get fit, I'd like to take some type of self defense class. Any good ones? Martial arts any fun?
