Neck problems

Anyone have a messed-up neck?

My MRI said I have a disc protrusion, central narrowing and neural foraminal stenosis. I kinda know what that means, but not really.

My back is a mess too, but that hasn't been scanned.

 

So this is the third time in six months that I cannot move my head. My shoulder feels like I ran into a brick wall and I cannot sleep.

I have disc issues as well in my lower back . I will be fine for 6 months- 2 years then all of a sudden be fuck up and not be able to move for a week. It sucks

I think it might be a pinched nerve because it is going into my upper arm and shoulder.
