My parents life outside Nashville and had a little incident where they could not get home due to flood waters. The live on top of a large hill overlooking the Duck River which overflowed its banks. I lost contact with them for a day as the cell towers were over loaded and phones down/ power out. I get the impression this is not a 50 year flood not a 100 year flood but a "This never happened before" flood. They sent me pictures of some mighty deep flood waters. So I looked online and damn this really was a serious flood.
