I think people who have insurance now should be able to keep it and the rest they can do on a case-by-case basis.

I don't think it's fair that I should get less care so that some scummy child molester can get health care. But I do think people who have run into some bad luck should get help.

I feel like they should work with the insurance companies.

And I feel like people who want all for nothing should get the option of getting help and doing mandatory community service or get nothing. If you make these people who want it for free earn it, they might just not want it.

You are right, I don't know the whole story. I jumped to conclusions. I see so many bad women that live off if their looks, marrying guys for money. They pretty much just see their children as an easy income. I am sorry if I off a little jaded today.

haha... if I lived off my looks.. I would live in a tent shittin in bucket.

actually I might be shittin in a bucket anyway. My toilet will not flush.

I do know what you are talking about, women that want kids only for a checks... I have friend that does that.

NOT my case... a matter of fact, my tubes were tied December of 99. Evil Arab baby was a big surprise. And I dont expect my check for ever... shit Arab has enough money overseas to take off and live like a king. Oh and 9 year old... dad is Germany and does not pay shit.

I did work for my money- I built a business completely on my own.. from the paper work, to the manly handy work, art work, everything. I may have gotten a lot in many peoples eyes, but people that know the whole story and have seen what I have done, are shocked I got so little.

OH I had money before I had any kids...or husbands... I may not have an extended education, but I am pretty smart... and cheap and thrifty. I have a dad with money (never got a dime from him) and I have a mom that is broke... whom I help support.. I dont buy fancy shit, Im pretty damn homely.

I get shit for wanting health care. Hey - find me a health insurance company that will take me, my son, my mom... and one that will go cheaper then 1300 a month for my sister's family... and I might agree with Joe on the health care topic. but as is - it is my ONLY hope.

The crappy thing is private insurance is in no way broke. I pay 300.00 a month for my family. Its pretty decent insurance. I dont hardly use it. There are thousands of people like me, that have insurance that dont really use it. One day when Im older I will need it and I wont be able to get it, so all the money I send them now they pocket, then they drop me as soon as I get sick. If the government wants to help out they need to look at that. If someone wants health insurance and you deny them, or try to rape them for it, there should be penalties. If the governemnt wants to offer 'Patriot Care' or something like that, Im cool with that. Just put stipulations for general care.

I shouldnt even say stipulations, Im just thinking that you go to a Military Medical center for general care, then a specialist if needed, or to a Medical College. No biggie. Emory is a medical college, and a dang good one at that. And make it affordable. Based on Income. It's that easy.

They needed over 1000 pages to spin their BS, I just summed it up in two poorly organized paragraphs.

True dat. I have used my insurance like once this year.

I think they should build a hospital and you join it (like a membership) and you pay so much a month and you get all your shit done there. They should have their own lab, mri, OR, everything and you get like a shit ton of people to join it kinda like a gym.

That's a neat idea pukey. Kinda like pre-paid legal fees. Then with everyone paying, it would make the average person pay less, and make the harder to insure be able to get insurance.

What gets me with my insurance is I have your typical family, a wife and 2 kids. Now where I work there are certain 'plans' Single, Married, and Family. So I have the family plan. I have 2 kids. Now if I had 20 kids, I would still pay the same amount. Thats fucked up, 300 a month regardless if I have two kids or two hundred.

    Nuts.

Yeah, we saved money when he took his daugher off (got it through her mother) but not much. It's like 200 something every two weeks for the 2 of us.

The insurance companies are making money and so are the Doctors and the hospitals. Hospitals are making it hand over fist as well as the ambulance chaser lawyers.

The reason is simple its called supply and demand. When you give a large portion of the population insurance and access to medical care they previously did not have. The demand goes up and so do rates and lawsuits.

One big cost is people running to the hospital and using the t total shit out of their insurance to the nth degree. Then there are people like me who rarely use it and pay out the ass regardless.

There is no easy fix and socializing it will only make it worse.

BUT there are two proposals put forward to solve the problem but the current STUBBORN Obama administration refuses to accept or for that matter even consider even take the time to read a proposal by the opposing party since April this year.

Some ideas I thought sounded good.

Allowing insurance to be carried after or outside of employment (not talking about COBRA). Allowing insurance across state lines, and Maybe the most important making insurance more competitive by using co-ops.

Wouldnt a co-op be like union'ized health care?

The cross state lines thing seems like a no brainer.

Nah just people pooling their resources. Basically insurance of any type is the same thing. i noticed Neal Boortz had almost exactly the same perspective as I.

    1. Allow people to buy health insurance across state lines.

    2. Eliminate mandates from health insurance policies.

    3. Allow employees to actually own the policies their employers pay for ... which would mean they could take those policies with them.

    4. Allow people to form groups to buy large group policies.

If you've put on a lot of weight, it could be that. The lump.

I dated a girl back in the day that had huge knockers and she found them all the time. It sucked. So she had a reduction and is a much happier person today. Im not a boob guy, so Im not one to need 40d's to make me happy.

Did you check the left side to see if it was over there too? I think I have all kinds of lumps but my gyno said that mine are smoother than 90% of the people he sees. Weird. I am lumpy all over. I have one under my chin now and a few in my neck that have been enlarged for almost 10 yrs.

Breast lumps are pretty common and usually benign especially someone your/our age.
