This quote taken out of context is meant to give the impression that the administration was wrong in believing Iraq at the time was attempting to restore its nuclear program as well as its chemical program and to hide its chemical weapons program. Imagine that the administration story was that the sky was blue and it rained on Oct 15th 2001. Weather reports backed up the assertion that it rained, due to the fact that there was miner flooding in a small town that natural water source had dried up and this had made the headline news in that region. However nothing was said to confirm the sky was blue that day. Now for months the administration was being pounded by false allegations that the administration had lied and the sky was not blue on that day but red instead. Finally during a public address months later an independent person from within the administration being hounded once again says “ok then fine let’s just say we were wrong about the sky being blue. It might have been red for all we know but regardless of that point it did indeed rain that day.” Some American hater would be sitting on the sideline waiting to make that one statement the centerpiece of an article stating that Bush lied.

Now to me that would be twisted indeed.

Who gives a fuck what Hillary Clinton said? She's no CIA agent or weapons inspector. I love how psychosis can either be A) someone who feels changed, or B) someone who hears voices or thinks they can manipulate someone elses thoughts. Those seem like two different things to me.
