Isn't it the states right to enforce a federal law?

Come to think of it isn't the only real responsibility to the government to provide for the protection of its citizens and the constitution?

Seems the federal government is overstepping its bounds what with creating law that requires an up or down vote that is over 2000 pages and impossible to read before the vote.

Then criticizing a state for a ten page bill voted into law that has been strategically misrepresented and IS ONLY 10 PAGES LONG YET THEY HAVE NOT READ THEMSELVES!
