so i indulged my mother last night and went on a ghost hunt with her to a very prestigious very old house here in town. there were several of us, some of which were from TAPS. one was a 'transmedium' who could communicate with the spirits in the house. ::)

i found it interesting that the communication got better with each smoke break and glass of wine. ::)

after sitting for a half hour, in the dark, in the library with my mother, they decided that a spirit had attached itself to my mother and was blocking any communication between the 'realms'.. so they took her outside in the dark and put holy water on her to make it detach from her. ::)

all in all, it was pretty boring, i got back home way too fucking late and had to get up at the ass crack of dawn. but, i did get to spend time with my mom, and that wasn't so bad.

the funniest thing to me is that most of the people i've told have been pissed with me that i didnt invite them! it really wasnt as fun as they think it should be. they lost me with the holy water.
