So i've got this flu, usually I dont get affected by them but this one seems to have crept up on me from somewhere. Its standard coughing phlegm and blowing nose affair, but I am getting some kind of pressure in both my ears, like there's something rolling around (like the effect you get coming off a jet plane except not as severe)
As it stands its making me groggy and has been there for 3 days or so, when I move my head around I get the swirly effect like listening to a seashell.
Tried doing the blow ear pop thing a couple times but no luck.

This is pissing me off now, anything I can do?

get on pineapple juice - the enzymes speed up healing quite a bit. no dairy, just brothy soups, food very easy on your digestive system. also, run the shower on full hot, close the door and sit (not in the shower) and inhale the steam. that should help you pretty quickly. feel better, darling, and get some rest.

this was a 2stage process. the artist wanted the first hand to fully heal before we began with the second one due to its location. the 2nd hand healed more quickly because it wasn't in a .. "bendy" area.

low belly/hip. the bottom one was done first.. then a month later, the top one. these were earrings of my grandmother's. i carried them around for 12 years before i finally got the nerve to have them permanent. i'm so glad that i did.
