Here is my attempt at a serious question.
I am currently running Windows 98 on my home computer, and Win XP on my office computer. My home computer is an old clone PIII 700 with around 512 megs of memory. The office computer is a Dell 1.6 with 512 mem.
My old home computer runs circles around the office computer. The Win 98 is super fast on everything. The computer with XP just sucks.
All my computer geek friends laugh at me about my old 98 system. I like it because it works great. All I really do at home is a little Word Processing, Email, and the Internet.
Other than the Win 98 security issues that allow Dwaine to regularly hack into my hard drive, is there any real reason to upgrade my home computer to XP?
