assuming you've either scanned the picture in, or taken it with a digital camera..

use the Fugly Uploader (http://www.fugly.com/cgi-bin/ornotupload/fugly/upload.cgi) to upload a picture to the fuglyornot servers.... once you've done that.. it will give you a URL.. copy that url.. push the image button and paste the URL into the box that will pop up...
